Scope of work:
Proposed Abuja Depot Expansion for PZ Cussons Nigeria plc. Plot 745IDU Industrial Estate Abujarand Orchard Estate Plot 28 Block 3, Palace Road Oniru Royal Estate.
Planning and design of 5130m2 of warehousing with eave height of 11.5m, complete with 2 levels of admin block on 442m2 /floor with hi-bond panel floor system. There is 6000m2 of hard standing for 30 ton trucks with back loading facility complete with dock leveler, 111m2 fuel storage capacity and 8m high overhead water tank with 10m3 capacity. There is also provision for Generator house.
Level of Involvement; Planning of space with Structural design of foundation works, plumbing works design and preparation of Bill of Quantities, preparation of town planning approval drawings.
