Brief Scope of work
9 storey court complex with 19 court rooms, 450 capacity lecture room, offices holding cells and car park ground floor and first floor.
Level of Involvement;
Structural engineering design in liaison with other professionals and project planners.
Resident supervision and project monitoring meetings.
Key design features:
- Foundation- C.F.A pile foundation with pile caps and network of ground beams as ties.
- Super structure- framed structure with rib floor system with maximum cantilever span of 3.25m.
- Roof system- three levels of roof. Lower roof of truss system with 11m clear span. Middle roof of truss system with 6m clear span. Upper roof (atrium) framed with steel sections to span 13m.
- Others- car pack, landscaping etc.
